Who can apply

"Petites entreprises immatriculées en France depuis moins d'un an". Awarded under the "Régime cadre exempté de notification relatif aux aides à la recherche, au développement et à l'innovation (RDI)", not de minimis. Programme max 12 months, extendable to 18 months under conditions.

How to apply

  1. Have the project qualified as deeptech under the Bpifrance deeptech référentiel in force.
  2. File the aid application before incurring any project expense. — link
  3. Sign the aid contract; first tranche on signature after lifting of any conditions precedent.
  4. Submit end-of-programme report and statement of paid expenses to receive the balance.
