There is no single Eurostars grant amount. Funding is decentralised: participants receive money 'directly from National Funding Bodies', and each national agency sets its own 'funding rate per type of company' and eligible costs. Applicants must check their National Funding Body's rules. Projects must run 36 months or less.

Who can apply

Rules: 'The project consortium must be led by an innovative SME from a Eurostars country'; 'composed of at least two entities that are independent from each other'; participants from at least two Eurostars countries; 'The budget of the SMEs from the Eurostars countries (excluding any subcontracting) is 50% or more of the total project cost'; 'No single participant or country in the project can be responsible for more than 70% of the project's budget'; maximum duration 36 months; exclusively civil applications. Because money comes from national budgets, individual national awards may be granted under GBER or under de minimis - check the national body.
How to apply
- Build a consortium led by an innovative SME from a Eurostars country, with at least two independent entities from at least two Eurostars countries (one must be an EU or Horizon Europe Associated Country). — link

- Submit the joint project application online by the cut-off date; central Eureka evaluation is followed by national funding decisions. — link
