Transnational joint calls where each partner is paid by its own national agency at national rates (SME rates commonly 50-70%). Typical project budgets are EUR 0.5-2 million across the consortium. Examples of active partnership families: Driving Urban Transitions, Water4All, Biodiversa+, CETPartnership, Chemicals Risk Assessment, Transforming Health and Care Systems.

- Check your own country's national eligibility annex and funding rate - these differ sharply between agencies
- Form a transnational consortium meeting the call's minimum country requirement
- Submit the joint pre-proposal, then the full proposal if invited
- National funding decisions and national grant agreements
