Spanish SME or tech-based startup with own-brand products or services (services delivered abroad), a corporate website and international-trade staff; turnover above EUR 300,000 in the prior year (not required for newly created tech startups with a marketed product). Excludes subsidiaries of foreign companies and firms that already took part in PIPE or ICEX Next (limited exceptions).
