Up to 2.500 EUR per person per month as a full-financing grant (Vollfinanzierung), covering stipend, personnel and material costs. Support runs from a minimum of 6 months up to a maximum of 3 years. Co-funded by the EU under ESF+ 2021–2027.

Technology-oriented founders with relevant technical expertise, supported by a university, recognised research centre or incubator with R&D capacity. Berlin location required.
How to apply
- Identify a participating Berlin incubator or university start-up centre acting as project carrier. — link
- Apply to that incubator during its intake window.
- The project carrier contracts the team and pays out the stipend.
