Who can apply

Supports pre-seed to Series A start-ups looking to establish themselves in Abu Dhabi and expand globally. A commitment to establish and operate from Abu Dhabi is central; licensing and visa support is part of the in-kind package, so a UAE entity is not required before applying but is expected on onboarding. The cash component is dilutive (SAFE note).

How to apply

  1. Submit an application to the Access Programme on the Hub71 website. — link
  2. Screening and evaluation, including sessions attended by Hub71 community partners.
  3. On selection, sign the SAFE note and onboard for the 12-month programme; launch phase sets KPIs.
  4. Participate in the fundraising showcase and public Demo Day; high performers may receive the AED 250,000 top-up.
