Startups onboarded to the programme receive AED 250,000 worth of in-kind incentives in the form of support services, and AED 250,000 in cash in exchange for equity through a SAFE note. High-performing startups committed to Abu Dhabi are eligible to receive a top-up of up to AED 250,000 in exchange for additional equity, upon completion of the programme, for a maximum of AED 750,000. In-kind incentives cover office space, health insurance, housing, workforce support, licensing and visa support, and marketing/legal services.

Supports pre-seed to Series A start-ups looking to establish themselves in Abu Dhabi and expand globally. A commitment to establish and operate from Abu Dhabi is central; licensing and visa support is part of the in-kind package, so a UAE entity is not required before applying but is expected on onboarding. The cash component is dilutive (SAFE note).
