Consortium led by an innovative SME from a Eurostars country. Projects must be exclusively civil applications and last 36 months or less. Eurostars countries include EU Member States plus associated and partner countries (e.g. UK, Switzerland, Turkey, Israel, South Korea, Canada, Singapore, South Africa).

How to apply

Check your country's national eligibility rules and available budget for the cut-off
Build a consortium: at least two independent entities from at least two Eurostars countries, led by an innovative SME
Ensure SMEs from Eurostars countries carry 50% or more of total project cost
Submit the joint application in the Eureka portal before the cut-off
Central international evaluation and ranking; national funding decisions follow
Sign national grant agreements with each partner's own funding body
