Start-up must not yet have entered the market (prototypes or test installations at customer sites are acceptable), founded within the past 5 years (exceptions up to 10 years possible), fewer than 50 FTEs, Swiss-based with a Swiss business identification number, and a scalable business model.

- Contract signature, project monitoring through reports, final review on completion.
